I have a form that has a ton of data, and can't seem to get it working (thought I got the contact form working GREAT! tks).

I would like to make it where.. the agent comes in..signs in with their information.. then is directed to the request on the client.. then the spouse.. this has to do with insurance.

Can anyone please help me.. my client is frustrated.. and soooooo am i!. Anyway.. thanks for your hard work!

my form is located here:

The form page does not come up when I go to it, I get a not found error.

Also when you figure out that, let me know exactly what problem you are having.

Thanks Seth for responding. It happened that I forgot to uncomment the hidden form fields (after a copy/past) from the other form provided with Bizmail but now, the form submits, but no data posts, and the form jumps to a blank html page.

Now I am wondering if there is a way to do seperate pages...

page 1... login
page 2... form 1
page 3 ... form 2
page 4 .... form 3 submit

Can I use hidden tags for this 2 or will the form data be carried over in the url?

Thanks.
