It looks as if it could be a couple of reasons. From what is working I can tell you probably set everything up right.

It looks like 1 of 2 issues.

1. Check to make sure that the SMTP server or SENDMAIL is correct.

2. If you are on a windows server you will want to download and install the windows version of the script. If your are not on Windows and you followed step one and still it does not work, download the windows version and re-configure anyway, and you should be all set.
