Subject: Form stopped working

Seth I was trying to add radiobuttons and also checkboxes to my form, and they seemed not to work. Then I took off the option to get back to where it was before...and the form no longer works. No emails are sent to me, and the autoresponse (HTML.MES) doesn't fire off either. Please help. www.budapest-property.com/listings1.html

When I go to the link you provided no form comes up. Re-post the correct form and I will take a look at it. Seth
