| Hello, I have used your form on a site and has worked fine. Now that I am trying to use it on another site it gives me an internal error. The sites are on two different servers but I am aware of all the config info I need for both. I have tried everything you recommended in the faq section and still get the error page. It says:
-Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@edlover.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
-Please help.. frustration is beginning to settle in.
Thank you

| What is the location of bizmail.cgi. Also what type of server are you on? The most common problem that results in that error is that the MIME folder and/or Lite.pm file is missing or not set to the correct permissions. They should both be set to 777, read, write, and executable. Also make sure that the send_to and cc_to email address contain a \ before the @ sign.

And the MIME folder with lite file inside with both 777. and the send_to has the \ before the @ sign...
