Subject: Seem like Cgi error

Well I have double checked paths to sendmail and perl and they are fine. They have worked with other mail form scripts. All permisions also seem correct. Page is loading CGI i guess because it show http://mydomain/cgi-bin/bizmail.cgi when i get errror message. Not sure where problem is occuring?

Getting error message of "premature ending fo script headers' as well as "No such file or directory: exec of /www/cgi-bin/bizmail.cgi failed" the path to the file and it is there.
