is there a way for the user to send an attachment when s/he fills out the form? (this is too much to ask for, i know, but it's woth asking ;) )

yeah, it is already a feature included in the script. Read the readme.txt file and it will explain this.

If i understand correctly, there is a way for an attachment to be sent with the autoreply, but not for the person filling out the form to attach a file. or am i missing something?

Ok, I see what you are saying, and then you want that attachment to be sent to you? You are right that feature right now does not exist. That is more complex. The reason is that the individual would have to first upload the file to a (r-w-e permission for all) directory on your server. This can be a great security risk to individuals servers. So it realy is a complete different type of script. It may be something I would do in the future but, it would have to be thought out well to close all security holes. Seth
