  Subject: foo.example.com error after submit

I am setting the script up and when I hit the submit button I get an error that reads - "foo.example.com could not be found. Please check the name and try again."

I can not find a single reference to foo.example.com in any of the script's files. Any idea why this behavior would be happening?

Do you need me to forward any parts of the cgi script?

Well the first problem, is the page that your HTML form page is trying to post to does not exist! So the URL path to bizmail.cgi is incorrect. First fix this and we can go from there. You may need to check with your host on what this is.

What do you mean the form does not exist?

lhs94.us/cgi-bin/lhs94_bizmail/bizmail.cgi certainly does exist....

I am the host. (however, I am new to CGI scripts).

Have you tried going directly to:

lhs94.us/cgi-bin/lhs94_bizmail/bizmail.cgi

In internet explorer?

YOU WILL GET AN ERROR:
Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer

UNLESS THE PAGE IS RUNNING ON AN INTERNAL NETWORK, THAT IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY YOU.
