Thanks for such a exellent free script. It's working great exept for a couple of things. I noticed that when entering text in the textarea if you use the enter key to go to a new line you get this error message. CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. Is there anything that will stop this? Also it takes almost 24 hrs to get the autoreply message. Thats about all evrything else works great! Can you give me some advice? Thanks Tony

Well Tony, I have never ran into the problem of a line break in the TEXTAREA field giving a problem. I will look at that further.

This has nothing to do with the script. This is purely a server isue. The mail server on either the receiving or sending end is probably majorly backed up or slow or both. The fix for not getting your mail in 24 hours in this case, would be to switch to a better server, in which I would suggest in addition to be a Linux server instead of a Windows.

But I will check into the first problem and see what I can come up with.

Thank you, my company chose the Windows Server and I have been tryint to get them to switch to Linux. About the line break error feel free to try the script I set up at our website and let me know. Thanks again.

Hey Seth,
I was just wondering if you had any time to look into this?

You may try opening bizmail.pl

and finding the line of text:
$value =~ s/\n+//g;

and changing it to either:
$value =~ s/\n//g;
#$value =~ s/\n+//g;

Let me know how that works.

Hi Seth
When using $value =~ s/\n//g; the message is sent but you still get the cgi error page and when using #$value =~ s/\n+//g; it works fine.
Thanks for you time and help in resolving this issue! This is the best probram that I have found for submitting customer feedback!
Thanks again Seth
