  Subject: Form Not sending results to E-mail

I have setup a form that is not sending results to my e-mail. I have tested other forms on my server with bizmail and they are working. Therefore, it must be my html code. I have a form that is calculating form fields. I am thinking that is the problem. Here is the javascript code and form field codes. I tested to see if the results would be put in a data file and they were. Any help is greatly appreciated. :
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"><!--
function cent(amount) {
return (amount == Math.floor(amount)) ? amount + '.00' : ( (amount*4 == Math.floor(amount*4)) ? amount + '0' : amount);
}

function total(what,number) {
var grandTotal = 0;
for (var i=0;i<number;i++) {
if (what.elements['price' + i].value == ")
what.elements['price' + i].value == '0.00'; // fix for Opera.
grandTotal += (what.elements['price' + i].value - 0) * (what.elements['quantity' + i].value - 0);
}
what.grandTotal.value = cent(Math.round(grandTotal*Math.pow(10,2))/Math.pow(10,2));
}
//--></SCRIPT>

<FORM NAME="myName" form action="http:/cgi-bin/bizmail/bizmail.cgi" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="subject" value="Credit Union Store Product Request">
<input name="send_to" type=hidden value="1">
<input type="hidden" name="success_page" value="http://myinternalwebpage">

<input name="quantity0" INPUT TYPE="text" SIZE="3">
<input name="price0" input TYPE="hidden" VALUE="3.80" SIZE="4">

Mug Quantity:
<input name="quantity1" INPUT TYPE="text" SIZE="3">
<input name="price1" input TYPE="hidden" VALUE="3.00" SIZE="4">

<input name="quantity2" INPUT TYPE="text" SIZE="3">
<input name="price2" input TYPE="hidden" VALUE="3.35" SIZE="4">

<input name="quantity3" INPUT TYPE="text" SIZE="3">
<input name="price3" input TYPE="hidden" VALUE="6.75" SIZE="4">

<INPUT TYPE="button" VALUE="Total" onClick="total(this.form,4)">

<INPUT TYPE="TEXT" input name="grandTotal" SIZE="6">

<input type="submit" input name="Submit" value="Submit">

What is the location of your html form page (URL), and I will take a look at it. It is really hard to tell just by seeing the code. I need to actualy test the form on your server.

The page is located in an intranet site. Is there a way to submit an attachment tho this board for you to look at?

No, lets try this. What is the exact problem you are having. Are you able to get to a success page, are you getting an internal server error, When you click the Submit button does anything happen, or is it like clicking a DEAD button?

Just give me the exact detail of the problem.

I do get a success page. I do not receive any errors at all. I even changed the cgi script to send the data to the data file. I went and checked the data file and found that the data has been placed there. When I saw that the data was in the data file I assumed that something was wrong the smtp service. However, I could not find anything wrong. I then tried another form that I used on another server. I changed the form to point to the cgi script on the server that I am running this form on and it worked liked a charm. My only assumption is that their is something with my html code??

Well I cheated and went to Front Page to send this form in e-mail and it to is not working. Therefore, there is something with my html. I will have to figure out the issue is. Anyways thank you for you help. :-) If you have any input on my code is greatly appreciated. However, I am sure that you are busy looking at other problems.

Have a similar problem not receiving email confirmation. I am using windows and the associated windows_readmeV2 bizmail script having to sendmail only with smtp which I believe could be the problem. I tried the unix script on my other site, works well with the sendmail side of things. Everything else works fine, the error page, success page and bizdata.dat collects the data, butjust cant receive email using smtp method. Perhaps my serve requires authentication??

it could be your server requires authentication, or that the email that is trying to receive it, has spam filters that is blocking your server.
