  Subject: SendMail Problem

I keep getting Internal Server Error when submitting my form:
http://www.conftel.info/html/lavora.html

This is the LOG:
[Thu Dec 02 11:29:56 2004] [error]
[client 82.53.6.51] Premature end of script headers: bizmail.cgi, referer: http://www.conftel.info/html/lavora.html
[Thu Dec 02 11:29:56 2004] [error] [client 82.53.6.51] Can't open usr/bin/sendmail!, referer: http://www.conftel.info/html/lavora.html

permissions and case are correct,
email addresses are in the "\@" format,
i set the path
/usr/bin/perl
/usr/bin/sendmail

a little note: when replying to my help requests, the hosting service assured me the sendmail path is /usr/bin/sendmail, but they said that CGI support is currently not active.
but, as the form returns error messages in case of missing fields, i presume CGI is running: it looks very strange

It sounds like that is exactly the problem. If they do not have CGI support on, WHICH REALLY COULD MEAN ONE OF MANY THINGS, no this script will not run. You need them to turn CGI support back on for anything to work.

If they have PHP support you can try Form To File, which is basicaly the same script but runs in PHP, so you don't need cgi support.
