Subject: Unable to get error page to work - all else is okay

I have two questions on the board - this is for a different server than my other question.

For this site/server, I can get the form to send, I can get the sendto, cc and sender emails to send properly. It goes to the success.html page just fine.

However, I can't get an error page to come up - I get server error instead. Can someone show me a sample of how you wrote your error page and where it is on your server etc? I don't quite understand this step and would appreciate any help I could find!

Thanks,
-Lynn

Ok, this may be new to you if upgrading to a newer version. The error.html or formerror.html PAGES or whatever they may be, need to be uploaded in your cgi-bin, if they are not then you may get an error or just a blank screen.

If it is not posting data to the dat file, then you need to to make sure it is read write executable, either do that or delete the DATA file altogether, the script should try to create and write to it, test this several times and if it works you are all set...
