  Subject: Checkboxes on error page

I am having trouble with the check boxes on the custom error page.

Instructions state that when you want to carry forward the state of a check box to the error page, you code the error page as follows:

<input type="checkbox" name="FORMNAME" value="y"<%CK%FORMNAME%>>

But when I do this, for example:

<input type="checkbox" name="PHOTOSTYLE" value="Photogdiscretion"<%CK%PHOTOSTYLE%>>At Photographer's Discretion<br>
<input type="checkbox" name="PHOTOSTYLE" value="Candid"<%CK%PHOTOSTYLE%>>Candid Photography<br>
<input type="checkbox" name="PHOTOSTYLE" value="Formal"<%CK%PHOTOSTYLE%>>Formal Photography<br>
<input type="checkbox" name="PHOTOSTYLE" value="Traditional"<%CK%PHOTOSTYLE%>>Traditional Photography<br>
<input type="checkbox" name="PHOTOSTYLE" value="Journalistic"<%CK%PHOTOSTYLE%>>Journalistic Photography<br>
<input type="checkbox" name="PHOTOSTYLE" value="Discrete"<%CK%PHOTOSTYLE%>>Discrete Photography

and one or two checkboxes are ticked on the original input form, then the error page is shown with ALL the checkboxes ticked.

What am I doing wrong????

Wuld appreciate any help from anyone. Thanks/Richard

Ok, in order to use this you need to have a basic knowledge of general HTML... What you are trying to do is a RADIO select... For checkboxes you can only have ONE name="PHOTOSTYLE"
on a form...

So either change the name for each or use a RADIO box.
